In Toowoomba, Australia, 13-year-old Jordan Rice drowned after insisting that good Samaritans first save his ten-year-old brother when their family's car became trapped by raging floodwaters. "Courage kicked in," said Jordan's older brother, "and he would rather his little brother would live."
